Stage III: Development of the City
The Harmonious Association of Urban and Natural Environments
The final stage is the growth of the experimental module into
a full, self-supporting city of 100,000 - 250,000 persons. As it grows along the
lines previously stated, this city will indeed be a new kind of city, one
offering man a new kind of urban life together with a healthy relationship to
his environment. At this time we could not attempt to define such a city, but
rather only project certain characteristics:
